Our Done-the-Work Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to get meaningful value from the Smarter Faster Fun Video Boot Camp. This is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Refunds are considered only for participants who complete the full program, genuinely apply what is taught, and do not achieve the results they reasonably expected.
To be eligible to request consideration for a refund, you must:
- Complete all self-paced course modules and required materials;
- Participate in all scheduled live coaching sessions included in the program;
- Genuinely implement and apply the strategies, exercises, and action steps taught in the program;
- Make a reasonable, good-faith effort to use the program as intended; and
- Submit your written refund request within 7 calendar days after completing the full program, including the self-paced content and live coaching sessions.
Your request should explain what you hoped to accomplish, which program strategies you implemented, the steps you took, and why you believe the program did not provide the expected value or results. Black Dog Marketing Strategies may request reasonable information confirming your completion and implementation of the program.
All refund requests are reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis. Completing the program and submitting a request does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Results vary based on each participant’s experience, business, effort, consistency, decisions, and circumstances. Black Dog Marketing Strategies does not guarantee any particular business, marketing, visibility, audience, revenue, or other result.
This guarantee is a limited exception to the standard all-sales-final and no-refund policy in the applicable Terms and Conditions. Except for a refund approved under this Satisfaction Guarantee or required by applicable law, all purchases are final and nonrefundable.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Upon receiving a refund, your access to the program, course materials, coaching sessions, recordings, and related resources will end, and you may no longer use or share those materials.
